Ryan Koenig
Director of Technical Services
Ryan joined MedX in October of 2002, and has served as the Director of Technical Services for the Surgical and Aesthetic Business lines. He has a degree in photonics, with course work in electronic circuit analysis, fiber optics and laser training. Ryan has worked extensively with the following Lasers: CO 2 , Pulsed Dye, Nd:YAG, Argon, Krypton, KTP, Alexandrite, Diode, Er:YAG, Er:Glass and Intense Pulsed Light Devices. He also received additional training from various device manufactures.
Ryan's main function is to service and maintain the integrity of the lasers and technical equipment inventories. He routinely tests each device insuring that they operate within the standards set forth by the manufacturer. Ryan plays a key role in teaching MedX employees how to maintain their equipment, replace and clean lenses, manage alignment issues and refurbish fibers. His division is responsible for the installation of all product sales. Ryan is a graduate of Camden County College.
